What is THCA Flower? THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) flower refers to legal hemp flower that contain high levels of THCA, which is the non-psychoactive precursor to THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). The Food and Drug Administration does not prohibit THCA, so it is technically legal under the 2018 Farm Bill which states that as long as a hemp derived product is under 0.3% Delta 9 THC it is a legal product.
